- Migrated Zolve's marketing website from React/Gatsby to Next.js and Tailwind CSS to fix slow load times and hard-to-maintain code, rebuilding the majority of pages and raising performance scores from ~50 to ~95 while improving Core Web Vitals.
- Developed multiple high-traffic marketing landing pages using a reusable component system, applying technical SEO practices (metadata, structured content, image/script optimization) to improve page speed and search visibility for the Growth team.
- Automated the weekly SEO reporting process by building a pipeline that pulls data from the Google Search Console and GA4 APIs, transforms it, and writes it to Google Sheets on a schedule via GitHub Actions.
- Built and maintained internal tools and customer-facing features using Next.js, NestJS, MySQL, AWS S3, and role-based access control, integrating Sentry, Mixpanel, and Clarity to track errors and understand user behavior.
- Resolved production issues and shipped features across marketing, consumer, and internal platforms, working closely with Product, Design, BizOps, and QA.
